i have been spending much time with mosaics. i am in awe of how we can tell a story, an expression a feeling in bits of broken stone and glass. so much is being said in these broken bits, joined together in a new and glorious way to express the feelings of the Last Supper. i have been drawn to this form of art for months now, feeling broken, and how to reconstruct from the broken pieces.

I often wonder how Jesus felt about Judas when he was betrayed by the disciple
How did Judas feel when he finally found out that he killed an innocent person? Jesus theology seems to work, because Judas seems to repent when he threw the silver back at the pharisees and finishes off his own life. He probably would never have done that without having spent so much time with Jesus.
