Dear children!
In this time of grace, I call you to prayer.

Pray and seek peace, little children. He who came here on earth to give you His peace, regardless of who you are and what you are – He, my Son, your Brother – through me is calling you to conversion, because without God you do not have a future or eternal life.

Therefore, believe and pray and live in grace and the expectation of your personal meeting with Him. Thank you for having responded to my call. ”

Therefore, believe and pray and live in grace and the expectation of your personal meeting with Him. johntt, do you wonder if this phrase from the message refers to our end of our life judgement or does it refer to the illumination of conscience? I am thinking it refers to the moment of illumination of conscience because going back to a different recent message (Oct. 2, 2013) She said, ' I will be with you until the meeting with the Heavenly Father.' If you read this, I would sincerely like to know your opinion and any one else's opinion, too. Thanks.

It is grace, a gift, that illuminates our conscience but we have been given free will to accept or not accept the grace to do good; to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, welcome the stranger, clothe the naked visit the sick and those in prison… seeing Jesus in others can be our ‘personal meeting with Him’. He is with us.

Then of course there will be the time when we come face to face with Jesus at the moment of death. Only this week Pope Francis urged people to take time to think about death… this was all part of the build up to the Church’s end of year, celebrated with the Feast of Christ the King yesterday, the day after Marija’s message. The Gospel reading was about the Last Judgement. Both the sheep and the goats asked the Son of Man in turn, “Lord, when did we see you…” and Jesus informed their consciences again… but for some it was too late.

Expect to meet Jesus today. Believe, pray and live in his grace, and this will happen. All answers can be found in prayer with Jesus –– and in God’s time, the time we are all given on this earth, this time of grace.

I note that you take a decidedly low-key approach to all of the prophetic elements regarding Medjugorje, Mr. Bluecross, however, in your conversion experience there, were you accompanied by signs and wonders? I think you said in another thread that you worry that Medjugorje opponents will find ways to discredit Medjugorje if the Triumph doesn't start soon, so does that mean we may not discuss prophetic paths to the Triumph? There are opponents, so they will be opposed no matter what happens unless the secrets come to pass as predicted by the three day prior notification. I, for one, am noticing something in the messages lately that emphasize acceptance of everyone, no matter what (pray for your shepherds. Pray that they can accept all people as their children; that, according to my Son, they may be spiritual fathers to them.) I honestly believe that one of the secrets will be the revelation to us of our consciences according to how God see them. The priests will be busier than ever once that happens. Now we pray and fast for that day. We pray and fast for the response of those far and near to our LORD and we pray and fast so that all priests may tend to their souls. Will that day be like the Day of the LORD in the book of Joel? I am still hoping to hear from johntt about his thoughts. Thanks.

In your conversion experience there, were you accompanied by signs and wonders?
No, unless I or anyone else wish to consider my conversion experience a sign or wonder for others… The episode was not accompanied by any manifestion of the sun spinning, or my rosary turning gold, or any vision… just tears and a wonderful sense of release and God’s love for me.

But I don’t deny that there can be ‘signs and wonders’. All of nature is a sign of wonder that most of us take for granted.
I think you said in another thread that you worry that Medjugorje opponents will find ways to discredit Medjugorje if the Triumph doesn't start soon..
I was referring to Marija’s claim that the Triumph would begin this year… Medjuorje won’t be discredited because of all the wonderful fruits it produces (the signs the Church does acknowledge), but perhaps the claims of some of the seers may be tested… hence the panic caused by Marija’s words and the rush to change her comment and interpret it differently.
so does that mean we may not discuss prophetic paths to the Triumph?
There have been many topics discussed on the forum. Everyone has an opinion or their own interpretation. The forum is an opportunity for posters to promote an agenda, a book, a website, or their personal belief. Whether their belief, be it secrets or prophecies, will ever manifest remains to be seen. I’ve lost count of the prophecies given out over the years because of someone’s belief and have failed to manifest.

So let’s wait and see if Marija’s belief in the Triumph begins this year.

In the meantime, as you rightly say, we should continue to pray, especially that God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven – a prayer Jesus taught his disciples two thousand years ago. But how many do or have done that since?

As for God’s revelation to our consciences, I can only hope that it will be along the lines of my conversion when he spoke to my heart and said that his love for me was greater than any of my sins. Acceptance of God’s love for each of us, whether we are holy or not, believers or not, is the first step to the Triumph of the Two Hearts.

That kind of revelation happens daily… and not just at Medjugorje. But if you are waiting for it to happen en-masse around the world, then ask yourself why hasn’t God acted already? What is he waiting for? Why the long, slow roll-out at Medjugorje?

As I said in my previous post, when we come face to face with God at death, that will be the time of full illumination, not just of conscience but of heart and soul. Prayer helps us to to be ready for this. His light enters through prayer. Hence the call to prayer and repentance, the call of the Baptist and all the prophets before him, the call of Jesus when he began his mission on earth. Medjugorje is not a new call or a new message. Expect nothing new or revelations from ‘secrets’. We have all we need now through the teaching of the Church, but because of our weaknesses and imperfection, all of us have a need to be reminded of who and what we are made for… God and each other and a heavenly destination when our journey on earth has ended.

Priests are anointed to bring the Gospel message to the world.

Hardly panic BC :) What Marija said in her testimony in the Cathedral in Vienna came via a translator at her side and then a translator who translated that translation into English! We really shouldn't be surprised about the misunderstanding but your apparent desire to view the original reported translation as accurate does surprise me. :o :) Maybe it was accurate but the later more considered translation strikes me as much more likely to reflect what Marija said at the time.

More pointedly, deacons. One of the disciplines they are ordained as is Minister of the Word.

Interesting in so far that Cardinal Raymond Burke has said that in our modern times the confusion, division and error within the Catholic Church is coming from its shepherds, even at the highest levels.

Yes, they need our prayers.

There are some hot potato issues in
our religion that seem in need of a
solution. So instead of rotating the
bush and never find an answer, the
high gentlepeople from the Vatican
have decided to toss the bat among
the pigeons in the form of confusion
and maybe commit a possible error,
with the knowledge that in the end
truth will victor.
Maybe the methodology that was
chosen of finding answers in this
way is questionable.
The results will come once we are
all dead and buried, but that is
hardly an issue. We think we have
no time, however, Catholicism has
enough time and must survive. We
are simply ancillary and can't cope
with that fact.
