Raised a catholic he does not practice his faith.

In college I would invite him to mass and confession. He would never come.

He asks me not to send him religious things by email, yet I sometimes still do.

I had made for him a rosary with big black beads. Beautiful. I prayed a novena to our lady and to our lord's divine mercy. With my wife we prayed.

I wanted to tell him all the praying I did for him. But quitely, as he put on his jacket to leave our gathering, I handed him a box with the rosary inside and smiled. I'm sure he sensed it was something religious because he sighed or I should say groaned.

Please keep praying for him.

I'll update here if he shows any sign of conversion, but in the 16 or so years I have known him, he has never shown interest in the faith.

This one is going to be a tough nut to crack.

Yes, but the tougher they are, the more profound their conversion.

Continue to pray for him and leave it in Our Lady's hands. She will take good care of him. :D
