I the hot summer, I find myself going for a walk in the sun - and when I pray the rosary I don't know whether it is OK to have my hat on. St.Paul wrote about this, but I don't know if he meant "inside the church'', or even outdoors. ??
I am refering to men.

I know this post has been up for a while. I doubt there is a problem with wearing a hat while praying outside. Inside a church of course men should not wear hats. Women I believe are permitted to cover their heads if they so choose. The old custom of covering their heads has faded away but is still present with some older women in our congregation.
