Try to ignore those who make a scene

I was in Medjugorje in the 2nd week of April. I saw this man laying down with his arms and legs spread out just under the Risen Christ statue. He was making funny noises like groaning and moaning. He was saying something in English and then he suddenly changed his voice to Latin or some foreign language. He really looked spooky and gave me the creeps. I was talking with the person who knew this man. She said he was from the USA and that he was holy. She was very concerned of this fellow and asked me for advice. I just told her to pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and one Glory Be. I left the scene, went to the church to pray. Anyhow, I remember one time, my mother telling me that "sometimes you will come across with people who seem possessed" when you go to Medjugorje. She advised me to just "try to ignore and just go on with your business". So thats what I did.

I appreciate that advice because to see people behaving like that is very disturbing & very off-putting & if that kind of 'strangeness' is seen as
something holy....its not a very good message.
I've heard that too of people behaving in an obscene manner at the time of apparitions etc.

We had great time in Medugorje. I was humbled with presence of peace that I felt throughout the days when I was there. I was there on a mission. To find out 1st hand of why my sisters and my late mother had a connection to this wonderful place. Plus, I needed to seek some answers to questions that I have about my faith. I also had to take my petitions to Our Lady and to able to experience the Grace of Medugorje. I believe that Our Lady and my late mother both wanted me to be there. I now look at things in a different way, I tend to not judge anyone and just basically try to live by God's word. I am trying to pray the rosary as much as I can. I took upon the task of fasting at least 2 times a week. I also trying hard to have my adolescent children to pray with me. It's a slow process, but I'm not giving up. :)

That sounds great...i always heard that people get 'called' to Medjugorje too..I haven't ever been myself but some of my family members have.
I suppose its trying to live the messages out that i am interested in; i pay attention to the messages etc..& this is enough for me for now anyways.
