I'm going to try to fast today. It's been a process that's for sure. With 2 young children , there are so many "snacks" around that it is difficult to help myself when I get home from work. I'm going to have my coffee this morning (hopefully I'll be giving this up soon on Wednesday and Fridays) and go for it (bread and water rest of day).
