One of the visionaries says she just drinks water during the day, with maybe a little bread later on.
Guess what? If you slug back a big glass of water every time you're hungry...the hunger goes POOF! And, surprise, surprise, the feeling of no hunger lasts!
Doesn't work? Drink more water!
Get hungry again? Drink more water!
