Good Friday Prayer Say 33 times before 3:00pm

This pray has been in my family for years and my parents and grandparents have said this prayer. Not sure where it originated. I know I posted the past few years but thought Ide post again.

O my Dear God, I beg of Thee in the Name of Thy Precious Blood
through Your blessed heart and for the cause of Your painful death.
Help us in our great need. Amen.
