VISITATION IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN - This Weekend
The new official image of Our Lady of America blessed by Archbishop Raymond Burke last November at the United States Bishops meeting in Baltimore will visit the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and will be hosted by Holy Rosary (Map) parish in Downtown Indianapolis. This statue will be on display starting tommorrow Friday November 2, 2007 and willl remain there through Sunday afternoon.

8:30pm Exposition of the Most Blesses Sacrament

8:45am Close of Adoration / Benediction
9:00 Mass (Latin Low Mass) - 1st Saturday
(Church may be closed from Noon - 3 PM. The parish will be protesting at an abortion clinic on the Northwest Side of Indianapolis - You are welcome to join in)

We are called to be a nation dedicated to her purity and to lead the world to true peace, and reform of life. Our Heavenly Mother calls for renewal of the family and of religious life. She calls upon our young to be pure and to take a strong leadership role in renewing the earth. Let us honor her in our homes, our nation and our hearts!
Novena - Starts Today!
We invite you to joins us in a Novena for the intentions of Our Lady of America starting today November 1, 2007. Please join us in reciting the Prayer of Our Lady of America - Patroness of Our Land, Rosary, Mass and Adoration. Do as much as you can. Prayer is very much needed for our country and this devotion.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
We are often asked about what an individual can do to bring Her request to fulfillment. Many have suggested a petition drive to encourage our bishops to act. The Our Lady of America Center encourages us to petition not the Bishops with our signatures, but rather petition Heaven with our prayers. The bishops are generally not moved by "votes", but rather through the promptings of the Holy Spirit. If you want Our Lady of America's request to be fulfilled then offer prayers, Masses, fasting and acts of charity. Pray for the intentions of your bishop. This petition drive will be most fruitful.
It is also important that this devotion be spread among the faithful. Substantial progress has been made, but many still do not know of Our Lady's request and Her promises of grace and conversion. Please spread the word, pass on this email and distribute prayer cards.

Are you a member of a prayer group? Are you sponsoring or attending a conference?
Many bishops have asked us to do all we can to spread knowledge of this devotion among the faithful. It is important that all be aware of this devotion, if and when the bishops enthrone Her into the National Basilica.
We make prayer cards available free of charge to anyone who has the ability to distribute them to groups. Make your request by clicking here.
By the end of this year our goal is to distribute 1.5 million prayer cards. More that 700,000 cards have already been sent out!
