Thanks a lot Sharon.

Suddenly I saw the whole world coming by at my webpage-statistics :D
I'm glad that many people seem to enjoy it.

For those who live in the same timezone as Medjugorje (like me), it's really nice to watch the Holy Mass or Adoration in livestream. Although the video signal isn't very sharp due to privacy restrictions, it's still good enough to see and hear the happenings in the church.

Unfortunately many website visitors might be at work or even asleep during the broadcast times. Anyhow, you're welcome!

Kindest regards, Gert

Thank you Gert! Do you have to be using Internet Explorer in order to get the video? All I seem to get are the webcam images, but they're still great to see!

Are there really so few people there now - or are they just all indoors? I know it's towards evening now, but I did check earlier in the day as well.

Hi everyone! Yes indeed, the video stream can only be seen in Internet Explorer. Any other browser like Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc... does not support this technology.

Live video is only broadcasted from Medjugorje during the hours of Holy Mass and Adoration. In local Medjugorje time, this means:
- H. Mass at 7.30 am every day (ends at 8.30 approximately)
- Evening program from 5 pm (winter) or 6 pm (summer) for three hours (Rosary, H. Mass, 7 Our Fathers, Blessings, Rosary)
- Wednesday: Adoration at 9pm (winter) or 10 pm (summer) for one hour
- Thursday: Adoration immediately after evening Mass
- Saturday: Adoration at 9pm (winter) or 10 pm (summer) for one hour
- Sunday: all morning Masses

During all other times, you will see a white screen appearing in Internet Explorer. You also have to accept the ActiveX plug-in. Those who are using Windows Vista, have to arrange of few aditionnal settings which can be found here: http://www.bedevaart.net/Vista.pdf (You'll have to do this only once.)

This document is written in Dutch also, but the setup is shown by screen examples. I guess it should be clear.

So 'on a spiritual journey 2', your point is right: the webcams are transmitting images from outside the church day and night, but the live video stream from inside the church is only broadcasted during these limited times.

UPDATE: When you visit our multimedia-webpage, you can leave this page open. The live videostream will start transmitting automatically at the times of the programme schedule as mentioned above.

Hi Everyone....

I was wondering, is the live web cam available in English?

Yes, David... this is the one I always use and where I see the live English Mass every day and the evening programme in the Church, and in the Dome in summer time.

Occasionally I find it hard to get into this site, so then I use the medjugorje.hr one.

I downloaded with winamp, and it is through winamp that I watch ... last night I even could see a bucket on the middle aisle floor... the ladies were cleaning! Now I see people coming in and praying, and the sun shining in through the windows!

God bless all our forum friends.

Right now, the nun is fixing white and gold cloths in front of the altar, she has them folded narrow on the end towards the altar, and wider as they go down to reach the floor! And I'm waiting to see now what she will do later, perhaps baskets of food for blessing tonight at the Holy Mass. This is a beautiful tradition in that part of the world, and they say the food tastes so much nicer after been blessed.

Thank you Malena85.
I am watching live Adoration from the out side Altar now.
I downloaded the winamp from the Medjugorje official website as you recommend.

God Bless

Now that summer is over, the people responsible for the webcams in Medjugorje have transferred the 'channel' which looked down on the outside altar and changed it to look at the altar inside the church. But this second inside camera is closer to the altar (or is zoomed in closer) and gives now a much better view of the sanctuary.

The new camera position can be seen at:
http://62.75.216.148:8020/listen.pls

The 'old' camera position can be seen at:
http://pa-hosting.de:23605/listen.pls

To view these video feeds you need to have WinAmp installed on your computer.

A webpage which contains 2 buttons that gives access to the above links can be accessed at: http://www.stjost.si/~medzugorje/webcamera.htm

God bless,
David

There seems to be a problem with the Apparition Hill webcam. The date and time are not altering - it shows 25th May at present - and some have already mentioned that the view is now obscured by trees.

I am afraid that your tirade against 'all things Medjugorje' is not in the right category, if indeed there is a suitable category for it.

Please look at the details, the testimonies and the details behind Medjugorje.

Please pray about what you are saying : do you really think that so many could go to Medjugorje, and return with faith renewed, with deep conversions, with a new and extraordinary change in life, to belong to God, through these simple messages if there was so much negativity as you have written ? .

Talking about the visionaries : they are not sophisticated people, but have a deep personal faith, which has only been deepened by their experiences. Could you keep to a story against the most brilliant theologians, and others determined to disprove everything, and do this every day for nearly thirty years ? I could not, and I know of no explanation as to how this could be done.

And again, look at the scientific tests conducted on the visionaries. Science can only say what it is not - hallucinations, psychological problems, orchestrated - and much besides. They cannot say what is happening, but they have eliminated anything which could explain it, so what is left ? 'We see the Lady'

Please look again - I will pray for you.

this forum is for those who follow the messages of medjugorje, it is not a place for people to spread lies and hate about it, or to beat us up for listening to the words of Our Lady. medjfr1 post s will be deleted.
