Now that summer is over, the people responsible for the webcams in Medjugorje have transferred the 'channel' which looked down on the outside altar and changed it to look at the altar inside the church. But this second inside camera is closer to the altar (or is zoomed in closer) and gives now a much better view of the sanctuary.

There seems to be a problem with the Apparition Hill webcam. The date and time are not altering - it shows 25th May at present - and some have already mentioned that the view is now obscured by trees.

I am afraid that your tirade against 'all things Medjugorje' is not in the right category, if indeed there is a suitable category for it.

Please look at the details, the testimonies and the details behind Medjugorje.

Please pray about what you are saying : do you really think that so many could go to Medjugorje, and return with faith renewed, with deep conversions, with a new and extraordinary change in life, to belong to God, through these simple messages if there was so much negativity as you have written ? .

Talking about the visionaries : they are not sophisticated people, but have a deep personal faith, which has only been deepened by their experiences. Could you keep to a story against the most brilliant theologians, and others determined to disprove everything, and do this every day for nearly thirty years ? I could not, and I know of no explanation as to how this could be done.

And again, look at the scientific tests conducted on the visionaries. Science can only say what it is not - hallucinations, psychological problems, orchestrated - and much besides. They cannot say what is happening, but they have eliminated anything which could explain it, so what is left ? 'We see the Lady'

Please look again - I will pray for you.

I see that Sean has changed the view of his webcam focused on Apparition Hill.

It is now focused on back route or descent route that takes in the Glorious Mysteries. The rosary station you can see is, I think, the Assumption. The broadens as it comes to the base of the hill. Just outside of the left hand-side of the frame is the lower Blue Cross where Mirjana has her apparitions.

Perhaps this is why Sean has switched focus?

I have gotten many requests to trim the trees that block Our Lady's statue but I didn't feel good about heading up the hill with a saw or axe. So, for the next several months until autumn's cool touch clears the foliage away from that view, I decided to change the view to show the lower part just next to the blue cross area. This will be nice when Mirjana has her apparitions on the 2nd. I will change the view to the previous one in a couple months.

There seems to be problem with the webcam in the church - it is very blurred (or my computer is !).

Has anyone else noticed it ?
