Hello everyone,
On many occassions, I have been praying or singing praises and have been moved to tears. This makes sense to me because of the words I am saying that touches my heart in different ways.
But recently, I have had occassions where I am at Mass and have been on the verge of tears and feeling very moved. I am not sure why exactly and I always push those tears away. The reason this confuses me is I always feel so distracted during Mass. My mind wanders and I am continuously having to bring myself back into the "presence" of the Mass.
Has anyone ever had this happen and why do you think it is happening to me? Should I just let those feelings flow out of me? I don't like a lot of attention and that is why I have been trying not to let those feelings out.
Unsure,
Willywee
